EXECUTIVE BOARD
Co-President:
The co-presidents' role is to meet with the board and set the direction for the PTO. They chair general meetings and board meetings, and oversee the work of the committees.
Co-Treasurer:
The co-treasurers receive and disburse all PTO funds as well as keep the PTO books and bank accounts balanced. They also submit a proposed annual operating budget at the first PTO General Meeting and compile a monthly financial report for each General and Executive Board Meeting.

Secretary:
The Secretary handles correspondence and is responsible for taking meeting minutes and publishing those minutes.

Webmaster:
The Webmaster maintains the PTO website, sends out weekly emails to the PTO members, and provides communcation on what is happening within the PTO.
Principal:
The Principal is also a PTO Board Member (non-voting) and presents information to the Board having to do with the school’s vision, and also provides pertinent information from the School District.
